Shipping & Delivery
No. We currently operate and deliver exclusively within Turkey. We provide fast and reliable delivery across all 81 provinces through our contracted domestic shipping carriers.
Depending on the volume of your wholesale order (carton boxes or pallet loads), shipments are dispatched via commercial couriers or contracted freight dispatch services (ambar) directly to your store, warehouse, or facility.
Retail orders placed before 16:00 on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Standard courier delivery across Turkey takes 1 to 3 business days. Wholesale freight (ambar) shipments are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Payment & Invoicing
We accept all Turkish credit and debit cards (Troy, Visa, MasterCard) with installment options through PayTR 3D-Secure payment infrastructure. We also accept corporate Bank Transfer / Wire (Havale/EFT) directly to our bank accounts.
Yes. All orders are legally invoiced. During checkout, select "Corporate Invoice" and enter your Company Title, Tax Office, and Tax Number (VKN) to receive a corporate e-Invoice or e-Archive invoice.
B2B & Wholesale
To access tiered dealer pricing and wholesale discounts, register on our website and select the Corporate / B2B account option, or contact our sales team with your company tax certificate. Once approved, your account will display wholesale prices automatically.
For retail (B2C) purchases, there is no minimum requirement. To qualify for wholesale (B2B) tier discounts, orders must meet minimum box/case quantities (typically 5, 10, or full carton quantities per toner model).
Yes. We maintain high, continuous stock levels for toner cartridges, drum units, plotter inks, and thermal receipt rolls for corporate clients, copy centers, and stationery stores, with scheduled recurring delivery options.
