PRE-ORDER INFORMATION FORM

This Pre-Order Information Form (the “Form”) is intended to inform dealers, companies, businesses, and other commercial customers (the “Buyer”) about the applicable sales terms before they complete a purchase through the PrintEyes Website.

PrintEyes is operated by Eko Kartuş ve Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi and primarily serves dealers and commercial customers through a wholesale sales model. Before placing an order, the Buyer should review this Form, the relevant product page, the order summary, the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Cancellation and Returns Policy.

This Form provides general information for commercial customers. Mandatory legal provisions applicable to the parties and the nature of the transaction remain unaffected. Consumer-specific disclosure and withdrawal rules apply only to transactions to which they are legally applicable.

Article 1 — Seller Information

  • Legal name: Eko Kartuş ve Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi
  • Brand: PrintEyes
  • Website: https://printeyes.com.tr
  • Address: Hürriyet, Sümbül Sk. No:10A, 34180 Bahçelievler/İstanbul, Türkiye, Türkiye
  • Tax office: Bahçelievler V.D.
  • Tax identification number: 3302908464
  • MERSİS number: 0330290846400001
  • Telephone: +90 544 806 88 70
  • Email: [email protected]

Article 2 — Buyer and Commercial Nature of the Purchase

The ability to view prices and place orders through PrintEyes may depend on approval of the relevant dealer account and compliance with the Seller's commercial terms.

The Buyer must provide accurate business information when placing an order. This information may include the business or trading name, tax details, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and email address.

If the Buyer purchases a product in the course of its trade or professional activities, the order must be placed using appropriate business information. The legal nature of the transaction is determined by the actual circumstances of the parties and the purpose of the transaction, rather than solely by a statement made on the order screen.

Article 3 — Product Information and Main Characteristics

The product name, product code, images, description, technical specifications, sales unit, any minimum order quantity, and published compatibility information are displayed on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

Products offered by PrintEyes may include toner cartridges, drum units, plotter inks, printer consumables, spare parts, and other products listed on the Website.

Before placing an order, the Buyer should check the following in particular:

  • Product name and product code.
  • Quantity or number of units ordered.
  • Compatibility with the printer, plotter, or other device for which the product is intended.
  • Any minimum order quantity or package contents.
  • Technical specifications and conditions of use stated in the product description.
  • Unit price and order total displayed for the product.

If compatibility is uncertain, the Buyer may contact the Seller before completing the order. Selection of an incorrect product code or device model by the Buyer will be taken into account when reviewing a request. This provision does not, however, remove any rights that may apply in cases of defective goods or non-conformity with the contract.

Article 4 — Order Quantity, Stock, and Order Acceptance

The listing of a product on the Website does not necessarily mean that the product is in stock or that an order has been finally accepted. Stock status, supply conditions, and the ability to fulfil the order may be checked during order processing.

Submission of an order communicates the Buyer's purchase request to the Seller. Unless expressly stated otherwise, an automated order-received notification confirms only that the order has reached the system. Acceptance is determined by the Seller's acceptance notification or a transaction record that clearly indicates acceptance.

If a product is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, or a significant issue prevents processing, the Seller will notify the Buyer and take the necessary steps. If payment has already been collected, any refund or other resolution for an unfulfilled order will be handled in accordance with the parties' agreement and applicable law.

Article 5 — Sale Price, Taxes, and Total Order Amount

The prices applicable to the Buyer are those displayed in the approved dealer account or during the ordering process. Prices may vary according to product type, order quantity, dealer terms, promotions, and any special commercial terms agreed between the parties.

Before completing an order, the Buyer should review the following amounts:

  • Unit prices of the products.
  • Total price of the products.
  • VAT and other applicable taxes, where relevant.
  • Any shipping or delivery fees.
  • Any other order-related charges that have been expressly disclosed.
  • The final total amount payable.

Whether taxes are included in the prices will be stated in the relevant price information or order summary. The total amount displayed before the order is confirmed is the amount to be reviewed by the Buyer. A subsequent price change does not automatically alter the price of an order that has already been accepted.

Article 6 — Shipping and Delivery Terms

Products will be sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller. The Buyer must ensure that the address information is accurate and complete.

PrintEyes' general shipping terms are as follows:

  • Orders of TRY 2,500.00 or more: Free shipping.
  • Orders below TRY 2,500.00: Standard shipping fee of TRY 250.00.

Fees may vary according to promotions or special delivery terms displayed during the ordering process. The tax treatment of the shipping fee and the final amount charged are shown in the order summary.

Shipments within Türkiye may be handled by courier or transport services contracted by the Seller. Unless a delivery period is separately stated for the relevant order, the carrier and delivery period are not guaranteed.

The Buyer or authorised recipient should inspect the external condition of the package upon delivery. If visible damage, opening, or a missing delivery is identified, an appropriate record should be made and the Seller should be notified without undue delay.

Article 7 — Payment Options

The Buyer may select an available payment method offered during the ordering process. Depending on the order and the options enabled for the relevant account, available methods may include:

  • Bank transfer/EFT: The Buyer makes payment using the bank details provided during the process. Including the order number in the payment reference is recommended.
  • Online card payment: If enabled, payment is subject to the transaction and security procedures of the relevant payment service provider.
  • Pay on Account: Available only to dealer accounts specifically approved by the Seller for this payment facility.

Bank transfers and EFT payments are processed after they appear in the Seller's bank records and have been matched to the relevant order. For card payments, an order may be delayed if authorisation is not obtained or further verification is required.

For current-account purchases, the limit, payment term, and conditions assigned to the Buyer apply. If payments are overdue or the limit is exceeded, the Seller may restrict new orders using the current-account facility. The current-account statement may be used to review the relevant transactions and payments.

Article 8 — Invoicing and Commercial Documents

An order summary, order-received notification, or pro forma document does not, by itself, constitute an official tax invoice. The official e-Invoice or e-Archive Invoice is issued through the Seller's accounting processes in accordance with applicable law and the status of the Buyer's invoicing information.

The Buyer must provide the correct business or trading name, tax office, tax identification number, and billing address when placing an order. Missing or incorrect information may require corrections during invoicing.

Article 9 — Order Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Requests to cancel an order, return a product, or obtain a refund will be assessed in accordance with the Cancellation and Returns Policy published on the PrintEyes Website, the commercial terms applicable to the order, and applicable law.

If the Buyer requests cancellation before the order has been prepared or dispatched, the request may be assessed according to the current status of the order. If the product has been prepared, dispatched, or placed into a special procurement process, the applicable outcome will depend on the product, the order terms, the parties' agreement, and applicable law.

For B2B purchases made for commercial purposes, it should not be assumed that the consumer-specific right of withdrawal automatically applies to every order. Rights that may apply to defective goods, incorrect deliveries, or contractual non-conformity are assessed separately.

If a refund is approved, it will, where reasonably possible, be made using the original payment method. Processing times may vary due to banks, card schemes, or payment service providers. For current-account transactions, a credit entry or set-off may be applied in accordance with the parties' agreement.

Article 10 — Product Inspection and Reporting Issues

The Buyer should compare delivered products against the order details and check product codes, quantities, visible damage, and incorrect deliveries within a reasonable period.

If an item is missing, the wrong product has been delivered, transit damage has occurred, or a product allegedly does not meet the agreed specifications, the Buyer should contact the Seller at [email protected] with the order number and relevant product information. Photographs, delivery records, or other supporting documents may also be provided where appropriate.

The Seller may review the report and request additional information or inspect the product. Depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable rules, delivery of missing items, replacement, refund, price reduction, or another remedy may be considered.

Article 11 — Agreements and Related Policies

Before completing an order, the Buyer should review the relevant product page and order summary, as well as the following documents:

  • Distance Sales Agreement: Governs the parties' ordering, payment, delivery, and other commercial obligations.
  • Cancellation and Returns Policy: Explains the rules for cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Provides information about shipping charges and delivery practices.
  • Payment and Current Account Terms: Explains payment methods, current-account use, and related commercial terms.
  • Privacy, Security and KVKK Policy: Provides information about the processing and protection of personal data.

These documents should be read together. If a conflict arises between documents, mandatory legal provisions and any valid order-specific terms remain applicable; the relevant document and the parties' agreement will be considered according to the nature of the conflict.

Article 12 — Personal Data and Contact

Business and account information necessary to receive orders, process payments, arrange delivery, maintain accounting records, manage customer relationships, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations may be processed.

Further details about personal data processing are provided in the Privacy, Security and KVKK Policy. Requests relating to personal data may be submitted using the procedures stated in that policy.

Before completing an order, the Buyer is responsible for checking the product information, prices, taxes, shipping fee, payment method, and delivery details. Electronic confirmation of the order indicates that the commercial information displayed in the order summary has been reviewed and the relevant sales terms accepted; it does not constitute a waiver of rights protected by mandatory law.

Pre-publication review: This Form should be aligned with PrintEyes' actual checkout screens and commercial practices. In particular, the display of VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive prices, shipping fees, order acceptance notifications, payment methods, and returns procedures should be verified. If the Form will also be used for consumer transactions, a separate pre-contractual information flow compliant with consumer law and a legal review may be required.
