This Payment, Invoicing and Current Account Terms Policy (“Policy”) sets out the payment methods that may be available for orders placed through https://printeyes.com.tr, operated by Eko Kartuş ve Bilişim Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi under the PrintEyes brand (the “Company”), together with collection procedures, invoicing principles and the conditions governing any current-account facility offered to approved dealers.
The Company supplies toner cartridges, drum units, plotter inks, printer consumables and related spare parts on a wholesale basis to dealers and business customers. Access to product prices and ordering functions on the website may depend on approval of a dealer account and the granting of access rights to the relevant user.
This Policy applies according to the nature of the order, the customer's account status, the payment options made available to the customer and any additional commercial terms agreed between the parties. Not every customer is entitled to use every payment method or a current-account facility.
Depending on the order and the payment options enabled on the website, the Company may offer the following methods:
The display of a payment method on the website does not guarantee that it will be available for every order or customer. Before confirming an order, the Company will communicate the applicable payment method and any required payment conditions.
Product prices are displayed on product pages accessible through approved dealer accounts and during the ordering process. Prices must be considered together with the tax treatment and other pricing conditions displayed on the website for the relevant product and order.
Whether prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT, whether tax is calculated separately at checkout, any applicable shipping charges and other fees will be indicated in the order summary. Before confirming an order, the customer should check the product amount, taxes, delivery charges and total amount payable.
The price and total amount expressly displayed on the website or order screen will be taken into account. If a material error in pricing or product information is identified, the Company will review the matter according to the order status and applicable law and inform the customer.
If special pricing, discounts, promotions, credit terms or other commercial conditions have been agreed in writing for an order, their scope and validity will be determined by the agreement between the parties.
For orders placed using bank transfer or EFT, the customer must transfer the order amount to the bank account specified by the Company. Including the order number or another reference specified by the Company in the payment description helps the Company match the payment to the correct order.
Order preparation or dispatch may depend on the funds reaching the Company's bank account, being matched to the correct order and the relevant order conditions being completed. Providing a bank transfer receipt alone does not constitute definitive confirmation that the Company has received the payment.
If a payment is incomplete, excessive, submitted with an incorrect reference or cannot be matched to an order, the customer should contact the Company with the payment receipt and order details. The Company may carry out the necessary checks to verify the payment record.
Bank transfer charges and deductions will be assessed according to the bank's practices and the payment terms agreed between the parties. If the amount received by the Company's account is less than the amount due for the order, the customer may be asked to pay the outstanding balance.
If online card payment is available on the website, the transaction will be processed through the infrastructure and under the terms of the relevant payment service provider. Supported card types, transaction verification methods and other payment conditions may be displayed during checkout.
Card transactions may be subject to security checks, authorisation and applicable limits imposed by the bank or payment service provider. If a payment is declined or verification is not completed, confirmation or processing of the order may be delayed.
The Company may use the necessary transaction information to match the payment result with its order records. The processing of card numbers, security codes and other sensitive card data depends on the actual technical configuration of the payment infrastructure and the relevant provider's terms.
[INFO NEEDED: Confirm the payment service provider, whether card data is stored in the Company's systems and the technical arrangements used to secure payments.]
The “Charge to Current Account” option is a commercial payment facility that may be offered only to dealers separately approved by the Company. Availability of this option does not automatically grant a customer credit or the right to pay at a later date.
Granting and maintaining a current-account facility may depend on the status of the dealer account, the Company's assessment, the commercial terms agreed with the customer and, where applicable, the assignment of a credit limit and payment terms.
Where a current-account facility is granted, the customer will be informed, as applicable, of the following:
These conditions may differ from customer to customer. Terms specifically communicated to a customer in writing will apply to that customer within their agreed scope. A customer without an assigned current-account limit or payment term may request such a facility, but approval remains subject to the Company's assessment.
Orders placed through a current account are assessed by reference to the order amount, the available limit assigned to the customer and the account balance. Order approval may depend on outstanding debt, pending orders and the Company's current-account rules.
If an order exceeds the available limit or the account contains overdue debt, the Company may place the order on hold, request an additional payment, approve part of the order or offer another payment method. Such actions will be carried out in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer and applicable law.
If the Company considers it necessary to change a current-account limit or payment terms, it will notify the affected customer and communicate the relevant conditions through an appropriate channel. The conditions applicable to orders already placed and confirmed will be determined by taking into account the order status and the agreement between the parties.
The payment due dates for orders placed through a current account will be determined by the customer-specific terms or written agreement between the parties. The same payment period is not assumed to apply to every customer.
The customer must settle the debt relating to an order by the agreed due date and using the specified payment method. Payments made before or after the due date will be assessed in accordance with any contractual terms and applicable law.
The issuance of an invoice, recording of a current-account transaction or updating of an order status on the website does not, by itself, change the payment due date expressly agreed by the parties.
Interest on late payments, charges or other consequences of delay may be claimed only in accordance with valid contractual provisions and applicable law. The Company does not claim the right to collect a charge solely under this Policy where no valid legal basis exists.
If an account contains overdue debt or the customer fails to meet the current-account terms, the Company may review the account status and take appropriate measures within the commercial relationship.
Subject to the agreed terms and applicable law, such measures may include:
Where reasonably possible, the customer will be informed of the relevant balance and reason before a restriction is applied. Restrictions must not be applied contrary to valid contractual provisions or mandatory law.
The Company may allow customers with an assigned current-account facility to view account transactions through the website or another appropriate communication channel. A current-account statement may show debits, credits, collections, payments and other entries for the relevant period.
Customers should regularly check their current-account transactions and reported balances. If a discrepancy concerning an entry, payment, invoice or balance is identified, the customer should contact the Company and provide the relevant transaction date, amount and any order or document number.
A review for account reconciliation does not mean that either party waives its legal rights. If incorrect entries are identified, the necessary corrections will be made in accordance with the relevant commercial and accounting records.
Official invoicing for sales made by the Company will be carried out in accordance with applicable tax legislation and the Company's accounting procedures. Depending on the nature of the transaction and
